Delicate blue roses trail across crisp white cotton in this charming border stripe from Stof Fabrics' Liva-Rose collection. Rows of softly shaded roses and deep green foliage alternate with fine scalloped lace-look bands, tiny buds and dotted geometric detailing, creating a print with the gentle rhythm of vintage Scandinavian linens and traditional cottage embroidery.
The repeating stripe layout makes this quilting cotton especially versatile — cut across the width for ready-made borders and sashing, or fussy cut individual bands for feature strips, patchwork rows and English paper piecing. The restrained blue and white palette pairs effortlessly with ginghams, ticking stripes, tone-on-tone blenders and other florals in the same family of blues.
Woven from smooth, good quality cotton with a soft handle, this fabric is well suited to quilts, table runners, cushions, tote bags, aprons, dolls' clothing, dressmaking and heirloom sewing projects. A lovely choice for anyone drawn to blue and white china, French country or shabby chic style.
