Bring a touch of heritage design to your next quilting project with this richly detailed cotton print from Nutex. Arranged in a classic scalloped clamshell layout, each arch frames its own miniature world — leaping hares, perching songbirds, swans, squirrels and fruiting trees drawn in the flowing, nature-inspired style of the Art Nouveau movement. The palette moves through deep navy, forest and olive green, teal, soft rose pink, golden mustard and crimson red, giving the design real depth and a wonderfully vintage feel.
The busy, all-over scale makes this an ideal choice for fussy cutting, English paper piecing, and feature panels where you want a single fabric to carry the whole design. It also works beautifully as a backing or border fabric for William Morris-inspired quilts, and lends itself just as well to cushions, tote bags, table runners, patchwork, dressmaking and craft projects of all kinds.
