Processing & Handling
Order processing and packing typically takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed. This is the time it takes Browns Craft Shed to prepare your order for dispatch.
Occasionally, delays may occur. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you directly.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery times and delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
Domestic (Within Australia)
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post (Parcel Post). The exact shipping charge will be calculated at checkout as it depends on the size of your order.
Authority to Leave: If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe place by default. If you prefer Signature on Delivery, you may select this option at checkout for an additional $3.
Express Post: As we are based in a regional area, Express Post may not always result in faster deliveries to many areas. As such, we don't offer Express Post as an option at checkout. If you would like to upgrade to Express Post, please contact us by phone or email after placing your order and we'll calculate the cost to upgrade. We cannot guarantee that orders sent by Express Post will arrive any sooner.
International
We offer international shipping to select countries via Australia Post. Shipping costs are based on the destination zone and the total weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes: With the exception of the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. For customers in the United States, duties are calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Zone 1: New Zealand
- Zone 2: Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
- Zone 3: United States, Canada
- Zone 4: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkiye, Ukraine, United Kingdom
- Zone 5: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Greenland, Jamaica, Kenya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Mexico, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, United Arab Emirates.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available for customers in Charters Towers. Select "Pick Up" at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready for collection.
