While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed before 12pm QLD time will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm QLD time will generally ship the following business day. While we do everything possible to ensure the colours shown on our website are a true representation of each product, several factors can cause the shade you see on-screen to differ from the actual fabric:
- Device displays – Brightness, contrast, colour temperature, and individual screen calibration vary across phones, tablets, laptops, and monitors.
- Photography & lighting – Studio lighting, camera settings, and post-production adjustments can subtly alter how colours appear in images.
- Dye-lot variation – Minor shade differences can occur between production runs of the same fabric, a standard characteristic of textile manufacturing.
- Ambient lighting – Natural daylight, fluorescent, and LED lighting each effect colour perception in person.
For projects where an exact colour match is essential, we strongly recommend purchasing a 25cm tester before buying in bulk. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted solely on the basis of colour discrepancies between your screen and the delivered product.
