Processing & Handling

This is the time it takes Browns Craft Shed to prepare your order, ready for post. 

Order processing/packing time is currently 2-5 business days from the time you place your order. In some instances delays may occur, and if this is the case we will make contact to inform you. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post and once posted, delays are out of our control.

Domestic (within Australia)

We ship all orders using Australia Post (Standard Parcel Post);

• 0-1.2kg; $11  
• 1.2-2kg; $15 
• 2-2.6; $20 
• 2.6kg +; $25

International

We have suspended sales to customers in the United States due to the introduction of tariff charges on incoming goods. While the current requirements are in place, the increased regulatory and processing burden makes sales to U.S. customers infeasible.

International shipping is available to select countries. You are responsible for any duties or import taxes that may apply.

We use Australia Post for all international orders. Pricing depends on the destination zone and the total weight of your order. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• Zone 2: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand.
• Zone 3: Canada.
